Every year the Eastern Norwich Scout District awards the Terry Buck Memorial Shield to a leader who has shown consistent commitment to scouting and its young members.
The shield was the brainchild of Terry Buck, a former District Commissioner who sadly passed away. Terry's wish was that every year on adult in the district was recognised for their tireless work for the cause and insisted they receive their moment of recognition.
Debby is very quick to say she does not do it for herself, everything she does is for the benefit and enjoyment of the Scouts themselves
