Earth Day Activities 

Tonight sees the launch of Challenge 75 & activities designed around Earth Day

Backwoods Cooking/ Camp Cooking 

This will go towards the outdoor challenge badge. Scouts will be creating their own menus and cooking their own food on open fires.

This session will take place at Mousehold. A competiton to make the biggest, sturdiest and most waterproof shelter. Will your shelter survive the tests or will you get wet?

Wide games 

This session will take place at Mousehold. You will need to be fast and stealthy to win these games.

This will take place at Catton Park. Explore this local beauty spot in teams, racing to find all the way markers 

Clay Modelling 

Fancy being creative, then join us to make something from air drying clay.

Not feeling artistic, then simply come along and make a mess!!!

Kayaking / Canoeing

Tonight we are at Eaton Vale Activity Centre for a night of fun and games on the water.

Axe & Saw Safety

Learn how to safely chop wood for the fire using a Handaxe and various types of saw.

Boat Rigging

Tonight we learn how to correctly prepare a sailing dinghy for use on the open water.
